Rocket Mortgage determined that 55% of people would be convinced to buy a home with a good kitchen they wouldn’t otherwise consider. Whether that means replacing the backsplash and painting the cabinets or gutting the entire room to change the layout and make room for new appliances, updating your kitchen is one of the best things you can do to prepare your home for sale.
